Foe mobile use ( I phone) for this device (garage door opener) the switches on the phone are on/off just like lighting. Should act like a momentary switch. App works well but normal alarm contacts work the same way the instructions for this app say to wire it. "Wire door so contacts are normally closed when door is closed" But if you do it that way the garage door reads backwards. I'm sure there is a software fix for this but I haven't found it yet. read more

On first installation I had to get Vera Support involved to recover my Vera Plus. Following the instructions here http://homeautomation.lavoieholdings.com/mimolite-garage-door-plugin once I edit the device, it disappears from my device list. Uninstalling the plugin does not work and I have to exclude/include it to get it working again. Save yourself the headache and just use the regular mimolite plugin read more

As others have mentioned the Vera mobile app (UI7) has no open/close feature. Feature was only found by signing into my Vera via web browser. Would be nice to have this available. Maybe I missed a variable? read more
