Would be very helpful to have armed/disarmed state as with MotionSensor. And the ability to set different alerts when the door is opened during armed or disarmed state without the use of additional plugins. read more

I read the reviews about the invert changes to sense NO and not NC. But every time i edit my device type and file as indicated here:

AWESOME, finally a single module solution for the garage door!

I wired it directly into the opener circuit to get POWER (24V), TRIGGER signal and DOOR CLOSED signal. Simple 4 wires coming out of the motor box going to the MIMOLITE. Works like a charm.
I had to follow some advice from a forum and use the "D_MimoLiteGarageDoor_invert.xml" in the device file under advanced settings. With that, door status is COR ... read more

The app works great. Installed yesterday and icons were fine. Installed the Potter garage door contact today and now icons are reversed on Vera, but correct on HomeWave. Please let us know how to modify the xml to switch icons and prevent confusion. read more
