Yes, you can control individual sprinklers or group them for scheduled cycles. Setup is fairly easy although only UI2/UI4 is shown. I have UI5 and it still was basically the same process.

I've been using this app for almost a year now. It works ok in that you can turn on zones and turn off zones. Problem with it is every time I switch on one of my zones, it switches all of the devices on the same Etherrain controller on in Vera. Effort is appreciated, but it doesn't quiet follow the Vera Concept of having each of the individual components exposed. It would have been a lot better if each of the relays where available for more complex control of each output via the Vera. This module just gives a simple scheduler. Just misses the mark.
