I just upgraded from UI4 to UI5 the latest version. I went through at least a day trying to get my Foscam to stream video...read dozens of forums threads trying to figure it out. Thia plugin works very well with this ip-camera. the pan & tilt function and even the built-in presets work fine.
First install the plugin then add the camera.
It also includes a motion detector which will be added by the plugin as a motion sensor which can be turned on or off. this needs to be ON in order to capture video.
