Thia plugin works very well with this ip-camera. the pan & tilt function and even the built-in presets work fine.

First install the plugin then add the camera.

It also includes a motion detector which will be added by the plugin as a motion sensor which can be turned on or off. this needs to be ON in order to capture video.

The IR-cut filter is not yet supported, but this can be left ON as it automaticly turns on and off if needed.
