The Contextual Home Automation OS (CHAOS) is a platform which enables users to develop and sell home automation apps. It adds an App ecosystem layer on top of home automation hubs, like the Micasaverde Vera. It uses novel phone sensing methodologies to provide inputs to the automation hub. This plugin, and matching phone app, demonstrates one component of the CHAOS platform, sensing when the user gets home from their phone presence.
