Although a really messy/convoluted setup process, the app did work for a period of time. The developer appears to be out of business and his website has been down for months. Hands Down Best Plug-in on the Vera

I use this plugin for nearly everything that happens in my vera, it is so incredibly useful. It deliver's and starts speaking the message nearly instantly every time. Usually speaks the message before it even completes the z-wave action.
