Thank you for this plugin! It works great. I can control my Pioneer VSX-822 from Vera as well as create scenes in which the Pioneer receiver is a trigger. The only quirk that I experienced was that my Pioneer receiver automatically had "Network Standby" turned on, which means ethernet commands were shut off as soon as the unit was powered off. This prevented me from using Vera to turn on the receiver, but once I turned Network Standby off, I could turn the receiver on using Vera.
