I will admit that there may be some tweaking that I'm not aware of... but in the last version (1.69) I tried this app and it sucked my iPhone battery down more than I would have anticipated. I'm thinking that by setting the poll time to be much larger, i can reduce this... but that would seem to defeat the ability to have Vera detect when I come home and turn on lights and unlock doors. I don't want to wait in my driveway for 10 minutes while i wait for another poll attempt.
